Visa Information

Please see below if you are required to apply for a visa to enter Germany.

Citizens from EU countries do not need a visa to enter Germany.

Citizens from non-EU countries may be required to apply for a visa. Please check here, whether you need a visa.

If you are required to apply for a visa, please follow these steps:

• Register to REFSQ2017.
• Pay the registration fees.
• Check with the German embassy in your country, if you need a letter of invitation. If you need a letter of invitation, please contact the REFSQ team contac(at)refsq.org as soon as possible.
• After receiving your registration fees, the REFSQ team will send you the (signed and printed) letter of invitation.
• Submit your visa application to the German embassy in your country.
